This privacy policy describes how jaymescorey.com collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this site or sign up for the email list.
The only personal information collected on this site is your email address, and only when you voluntarily submit it through a sign-up form. No accounts are created, no passwords are stored, and no payment information passes through this site.
Your email address is used solely to send the Field Report — a weekly dispatch about building in public, running one-person businesses, and related topics. You will not be sold to, added to third-party lists, or contacted for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
Email list management is handled by MailerLite. When you submit your email address, it is stored in MailerLite's systems. MailerLite's privacy policy applies to how they handle that data and can be found at mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy.
This site does not use tracking cookies or run behavioral advertising. If analytics tools are added in future, this policy will be updated to reflect that. MailerLite may set a cookie to track email open and click activity — this is standard email marketing behavior and is subject to their privacy policy.
